Wow, was this an exhilarating trip! We went all over Ireland visiting so many types of places from cities to the countryside to the seashore. Ireland is a land of many beautiful sights.

I've shown almost all the pages I painted for this class. These are the final versions after corrections or enhancements were made after the gentle critiquing from Laure was done. I still need to come up with a cover and I am not showing one for which we didn't have permission to share our work with anyone outside of the classroom. (I guess that means if you want to know what it was, you'll just have to take the class and remember that is with Imaginary Trips with Laure Ferlita as the tour guide).

If you are wanting to paint flowers, keep an eye on Imaginary Trips as I do believe there is going to be a class for that soon.

  1. WOW! This is all so wonderful! I love Anny's Kitchen the best, but.... Wow! You have so many beautiful paintings of your visit. I'm in awe!

  2. Beautiful! I am fond of the County Cork image....some of my family was from there... ;-)
    Very nicely done!!!

  3. It thrills me to see the pages grouped together like that—they make much more of a statement when we can see them together rather than piecemeal on the class blog! Dynamite travel journal, Timaree!!

  4. I happened on your blog (saw your post on Sarah Melling's blog this morning). I LOVE your work. Your style is genuine and beautiful. And I say...hoory for the 5th decade :) Keep soaring!

  5. oops...that should be "hooray" for the 5th decade. Hooray for typo-s!

  6. Ack! I can't believe I missed this post. I must have been cleaning the bathroom. :-))

You must be SO PROUD of these pages! They are truly spectacular. So colorful and detailed. I'm in total AWE!!!! WOWWOWWOW!!!!
    You have some wicked skill!!!!!

I like being part of a community. Please share your thoughts about my blog with me. Hope you have a wonderful day!
