Imaginary Trip to Italy
I have taken another Imaginary Trip with Laure Ferlita. We had a blast touring Italy. You could have fun too, taking these trips. I always learn something new. Sometimes I learn new things about the places we are "visiting" and I always learn more about painting with watercolor. There is an autumn trip coming up soon. Why don't you join me?

Great pages! I'll have to look into this! TFS
ReplyDeleteThese are wonderful pages on your imaginery trip, just like you are really there.
ReplyDeleteThis is such an awesome collection of paintings! I love the window scenes with all the trim and the little bits of light and shadow. They tell a lovely, homey story. And I like the unique view of the wine glass and corks. There's a good story there too! You have a wonderful way of painting what you see as well as what you feel. Nice work!
ReplyDeleteWOW!! Great work freebird! What dedication! Beautifully done!
ReplyDeleteWow! Lovely, lovely drawings!!! I love every page...so much life to them!
ReplyDeleteWhat an awesome collection! My absolute fave is the wine glass and corks drawing, but really they all look fantastic! The Milan tower, the waiter (is it in Sienna? looks like it!), the Venice buildings with laundry, the Sicily boats... all fabulous - great work on the light and shadow- they all have a great depth and reality. It seems also really fun to do this, maybe I could try, since I'm having a hard time (again...) motivating myself to draw...
ReplyDeleteGreat paintings! I especially love the closeup view of the wine glass with the corks. Bella!
