I have left this blog with just EDM challenges so far but I am pretty happy with my newest inchy. I am part of a group who makes one most weeks from the Inchybyinch blog.
This week's inchy's theme was autumn. I figure I wait all year for this season to come so I can have my candycorn. That makes it the perfect subject for me then to try to convey on that 1 inch square. I used prismacolor pencils on Strathmore art paper. I probably goofed up on the shadows but overall, I am happy with this tiny piece. Have you got candycorn??
This is lovely - I too love the pumpkins and candy corn that arrives this time of year. I have made inchies in the past and I think you have given me the incentive to try them again. Thanks!
ReplyDeletehahahha....I can honestly say I have never had candy corn.... I wonder what it tastes like? I'm more of a chocolate person... however, I do like pumpkin....

ReplyDeleteThis is very nicely done inchy! I have never done one before...will have to give it a try. Have you ever tried candy corn with peanuts mixed together? Tastes like a payday candy bar...plus I just saw today that Hershey's have candy corn flavored with white chocoalte kisses. I'm not sure yet how they might taste! Keep up the great work
