Organic Fruit

I finally drew the fruit my son sent me for Mother's Day. I had a little oops moment. Perfection just seems to shout out against me, lol. The rest of it came out okay and I now have a record of the fruit besides a photo. I used Caran 'd Ache crayons for the color and Pitt pens for the ink.

  4. One of my art instructors told us to learn to appreciate the beauty of the human hand in our art. Anyone can take a photograph.

I like the sketch very much.

  7. A great way to remember the Day and thoughtfulness of the present. You have definitely figured out how to use the crayons - they feel some big and imprecise to me.
